I Care

You say I don't care about you any more,but yet tho I can see it in your eyes that you don't want to let me go,I can hear the pain in your laugh, why do you turn this love into bad words,why do you strike me with out opening your eyes, is it that hard to let me go? Where is the girl I felt in love with,and why did she left leaving me all alone,you were always embarrass of me,your friends were always first,to shame to dance with me,hand by hand ,chest to chest cheek to cheek we were always that close,but love is a sickness that blinds reality,only leaving Ashes of pain in your heart and finger prints around our bodies,it took years to create so much love,but it took seconds for it to fall, And when it fell it hit all our memories. Shattering them in bits...just like my heart. And I still see us as we were, we were perfect. As my hand fit yours not as a glove but skin. We were one. As our memories sweep away like ashes. Just know I have kept the jar. Because I still care and always will. It felt wrong to you...but not me. Thats why I keep them, always next to my heart,if feelings are unexplained ,than that's not fare,if your love was true,than I just want you to know I care.
