I Cannot Surrender

I have seen giving in, giving up, but I have never held that cup. I cannot embrace compliant or be an acceptance client. Some do tolerate travesty’s place, but I cannot abide its sour trace. I will not forsake heartfelt ideal so I disregard acquiesces’ appeal. What others may allow or abide, I refuse to absorb in good stride. Genuine truth, I will not surrender. I remain an individualism defender. I will never stand in line to sip the conceding wine. ... CayCay Jennings May 8, 2016

After reading this a couple of times, when I get to the last two lines I want to throw a fist in the air and shout "Yeah, to that!" Mean that seriously! :-) Happy Mother's Day to you!
