I Can See Me Right Now

I passed the park on my way home tonight, the track was full of joggers, and people on bikes. Some were running at a steady pace, while others walked slowly, already out of the race. Old, and young, side by side, trying to keep up with the one by their side. I had to stop, and join right in, made me feel good, how long has it been. Fresh air moving across my face, made me feel alive, and so many different people all wearing a smile. Something different tonight, was a welcome sight, maybe I'll lose some weight, if I really try. Fit, and trim, I can see me right now, sitting on the beach, drinking Pina Coladas, when summer rolls around.
