I Applaud...

I commend the apple fallen on Newton’s head, Man’s gravity realized with a Nature’s gift. I rejoiced in the waves picked up by Marconi, Human voice felt for its living presence. I was thrilled by the tungsten glittered thro’ Edison, Light shone across the darkness. I flew with the flying machine of Wright Brothers, Man’s proximity counted with knowledge of speed; But I APPLAUD the Blessings from Above Who hath built man in His Image.
