I Am Insanity
I am trapped within the tiptoe of my own breath.
I cannot escape this insanity,
So I am still.
Sound limitations enclose my consciousness
Warning me of harm.
"A shadow will take you,
The horizon will rifle your innocence."
an echo screamed.
Sharp light arrests my glaring eyes
As every instinct escapes my mourning reality.
What I had never known is now lost.
I search my soul for closure,
And I reach of for avail;
I grasp so far,
Only to hold pessimism.
I pine to be absolved,
I crave no shame to coat my heart.
I lay a path of circles
Hoping to conclude my desolation,
Though I fear my dejection may never be right.
And so I see no return,
And I see no solution.
I am trapped within the tiptoe of my own breath.
I cannot escape this insanity,
So I am still
