I Am
I am who I am , that which I am
the day I was born hope dawned.
Never doubting in this life to what degree I'll advance.
always willing to take that chance.
When I enjoy my solitude...excuse me, it doesn't mean I'm being rude,
or in a bad mood,
just need to be left alone, no need for others to intrude.
I see mysterious morns, I see mysterious nights, the sparks of my humanity
comes from wanting to do what's right
my strength of character, my strength of will, encourages me to fight life's hills
My sweet existence is no coincidence,
I am who I am, that which I am.
Memories of precious ones, or moments bring to my cheeks a slight grin,
and mine eyes a glint when negatives changes arrives across the landscape of
my life .
That!....may bring about the tyrant within
speaking simply from my soul
I am who I am, that which I am.
