With a hunger to grow,
and with reasons unknown,
seduced by the scent,
who knows what extent
of the science behind
the twining of two
roses that bloom
on the old garden wall?
One with a strawberries' hue
winds it's limbs on a vine.
It has grown to the sky,
draping over the stones
In the labyrinth of time,
on the wall's other side,
are warm petals of peach,
leafy tendrils that reach,
to capture the light.
They will gently collide,
then will twist to unite
with the alien's climb.
But, then,, something divine
reminds us anew.
Somehow we find
small miracles do
arise from things, old,
reborn and renewed.
There's a new rose in bloom ~
Two species have joined
to blend into one,
becoming a jewel
with the glorious colors of sun
