Hurt I Learned

If I seem down, forgive me. Frowns I carry around, live in me. You may say, you see right through me. Your words untrue, renew me. The hurt I’ve learned, brews in me. If only you could, re-design me. Take time rewind, refine me. Recreate the mold, without lies I’ve told. Give back, the soul I sold. ~JSLambert
