Each day I strive to make it better than my last Grow from my mistakes and leave them in the past Try to make this world we live in a better place Be proud of who I am and be kind to the rest of the human race The planet reaches out and gives us everything we need Why must some people try to destroy it with their lust for power and greed A step in the right direction is to shower the earth with love An ingredient to combine with the warmth of the sun from high above If each person could just turn away negative thoughts and replace them with positive waves It just might be a recipe for our sanity to be saved If we all work together the world will stop falling apart A little bit of caring and compassion a great place to start
