They fill our minds with literature and scripture,
just to say niggas are equal With people in the system
Every time my mental paint those pictures of equalization I vision discrimination
The situations we are placed in today clipped my Eagle wings away
I can't fly off a mountain
When my surroundings downing the black race
I see a crown on my black hair
Not a frown on my black face
They smile but act fake
Deny me a job because of my black face
I can't fly right in left field
I can't hide in a country we was left in
I can't survive without mental nutrition
Teach me the mission without keeping your distance
