How You Made Me Feel Full Version

Thousand words may walk a mile And I may forget those in a while Thousand deeds may knock the doors And I may forget those in daily chores But, I would remember … how you made me feel Thousand poems may elucidate How we are writing our own fate Thousand times you may err and say sorry I may forget those, dear… you don’t worry But, I would remember … how you made me feel Thousand reasons are there – to cry And I may forget those with a wry Thousand reasons are there – to laugh I may forget those and won’t make a gaffe But, I would remember … how you made me feel Thousands still die unfed and unheard Thousands still live in slums – life is hard Thousands got butchered … how many more to fleece I may forget all those and still rest in peace But, I would remember … how you made me feel Thousand dreams die too – like unaccomplished zeal Thousand words of law – still fail to make a deal Thousand times you have ignored love which might bind I may forget those and find myself entwined But, I would remember … how you made me feel 26.10.2016
