How To Crack a Coconut

How to Crack a Coconut By Brett Somers Written 3-15-16
Inside me Lies a fresh coconut Sweet water Hard shell Flesh that deceives The true heart of a coconut The sweetness inside. Shell of pride A fear that won’t subside Shell of rage Heaps of a critic’s eye. To crack a coconut Is no small task It takes will And nearly a woodman’s ax But this coconut inside More challenging than that. An ax of focus On one’s self And the waters start gushing about Electrolytes of love And the feelings come out Glowing growing ball No more shell now You can enjoy it all.

I like how you've transformed the coconut and make it smooth sailing in sea of we; welcoming you, knowing you'll be awed by some you see. Blessings your way.
