How Far I'Ll Go
How Far I'll Go
I see the tracks left by your tears
you've been hiding them so long.
I hear the beat of a broken heart
and it tells me somethings wrong.
So let me hold your hand in mine
and you tell me all about it.
So by the time our talk is through
you'll be leaving here without it.
I'll take the burden that you bear
and I'll take it far from here.
I'll dry the teardrops from your eyes
and help you see more clear.
I'll take the sorrow that you feel
that cut's you to your soul.
I'll take the hurt and anguish too
so it no longer has control.
As far as east is from the west
I just want for you to know.
All the way around the world
is how far for you I'll go.
I'll bring you back the sunshine
you've been longing so to see.
All I ask from you at all
is to see you smile at me.
To see that shine from deep inside
the way you used to do.
I'd give everything I own
for one sweet smile from you.
