How Did You Do
Have you ever considered the life you have led?
Did you strive to make better the world that you found?
If your actions were weighed, would you come out ahead?
Have you savored the wonders and joys that abound?
Was existence a blessing or filled with regret?
Did you fight or ignore the injustice you saw?
Did you treat all as equals or bigots abet?
Have you squandered your talents or given your all?
Did you dreams of your childhood forsake or achieve?
Is your honor intact and your conscience now clear?
Did you friendship and fairness both give and receive?
Were you loved and respected the time you here?
Are you truly remorseful for wrongs you have done?
Did you challenges face and adventures pursue?
Has your life been a sprint or a marathon run?
Would you rather relive it or start one anew?
