Houston

As a beloved crown prince comes to reclaim, the throne of his fathers from realm afar, the slant of my heart as I drive - the same. The city in eve; she shines like a star. From desert I came; I knew in good time, I'd breathe your fair air and bask in your breeze, with the smell of the sea to nurture rhyme. So soon have I come! Fate deigned me to please. Back to the cradle I return as a man. My eyes newly trained to see so much more ... If life moves in circles, I know I can, find what I seek, what I love, I adore. My heart's near to burst; my head to careen, I live again in land that's always green. 1 February 2020
