Three fourteen am out of control, no car brakes kinda hard to breathe. Remember that house? Stairs, attics, grand pianos Rather Escherish* Six forty five now Day awaits conformity Until next time, dreams. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Written by Nancy Jones and her metronome at naptime on August 21. * I count "Escherish" as three syllables. Escher, btw, is an artist. You can see one of his works if you click on "about this poem." You can see many of his works if you google him. oh man, the AM in the first line perhaps would read better as ... dunno... but it means the time between midnight and noon.

I like your 'am' in the first line, as it can mean both: time of day and that you are not in control; a double entendre. Can't climb Escher's stairs and stay in control.

Thanks for noticing. Sometimes my mind goes into quadruple entendre time..

how interesting you portrayed the dream world. Really, what else can you do unless it's a person who actually enjoys living life in the morning and sleeping very early!! Cool also how you based your description on the work of an artist!
