Honey Moon On Moon

HONEY MOON ON MOON Our spacecraft is proceeding towards Moon right where we will celebrate sweet Honey Moon night. Sky looks dark black at space in natural hue. Atmosphere of earth reflects in azure view. Space travel makes us realize emptiness so vast. Earth’s sky appears a blue strip. Landed on Moon at last. Time was night on that region, Sky was pitch black. No air, no oxygen to breathe but oxygen back pack. Full Earth was seen to glow On Full Earth night Size shown four times Full Moon seventy times bright. My sweet heart was blooming in intense illumination. Full Earth showered bright light on lovely appreciation. We murmured, whispered, voiced our thought. No air to propagate sound. We yelled utmost, nothing is heard, Yet we enjoyed and talked too loud. Moon is rough, full of craters devoid of water and air. We carried our own stuff and spent two days there. Adieu Space! Adieu Moon! Adieu Sky Mother Earth will call soon. to welcome with air, water and greenery. From Earth we will watch Moon. 05/08/16 'Science Fiction' Contest by Deborah Guenther Beachboard
