Honesty Begged An Answer

Honesty begged an answer from me it asked impossibility Forgetting my place within time I spoke the truth, almost benign Thunder split the world within First a crack then a fissure Old souls cried a sorrowful song and blood-drenched the lids of eyes Knowing truth as some may say is keener than a sharpened blade Sometimes best to hear a wind than feel the storm of emotional pain :: ~ ::

I really liked this one, Ernest. Being honest may not always get the answer we seek, but it clears the conscience. Sometimes the wind precedes the emotional storm, but we survive.

No need to apologize. Go ahead and erupt ~ emotional moments are the catalysts for our best writes.

I was born a baby within a storm. I found myself alone and made my own heart and life. I am telling you, I was all alone until I left that behind and went into the Air Force. I have experienced every depravity, i have experienced every heartache. Name one, and I'm on mark. My poetry is still young. I only have 6000 poems from the past three years but soon I will bloom. So sorry. I am having an emotional eruption tonight.
