He called himself Homer the house cat And mostly ate tuna with pork fat After lunch he'd meow 'Nearly upchuck his chow! And grin like an overstuffed wombat!

loved the title, this was a great piece, though i am a dog lover, my daughter in iowa had two cats, and they really took to me, they were so gentle, enjoyed this write.

he he he! Enjoyed your limerick.. but the cat sounds annoying and in my house everyone likes tuna like a cat.....lol... Sorry I don't do well with cats.. And its a good thing he eats Tuna,, i dislike cats and tuna.. I get nausea with fish... and my allergies act up with cat fur.. Well i'm making no sense, but i sure enjoyed your limerick,..p.d.
