Homecoming Queen
My head falls down,
hung in shame.
I realize now,
that nothings the same.
People ask why,
but i never talk.
I just turn around,
and begin to walk.
The crowds just stare,
point and laugh.
All of it takes me,
back to the past.
That ugly little girl,
begins to break out.
Her chin raised up,
she's not going to pout.
She's beautiful now,
and homecoming queen.
It's her year now,
a whole new scene.
