Home Is Where My Flag Is
My flag means I am home
Home with my Hiraeth. (Longing) being hugged away
Home where the grass grows greener
Home where I lay my head to rest
My flag shows up so brightly as it flutters in the wind
The bottom half for the green grass of home
The top half, white for the purity of our minds
The ddraig goch. (Red dragon) resplendent in the centre
Showing the world, we might be small but we are here.
Wherever the flag flies. Whether it's at a rugby match,
A band concert, a choir singing, tears fill our eyes
An emotional race, with the arts in our veins
Be sure to put on your todo list, before your 60
Breathe in the heavenly emotions
This land of song will still be singing, when you come home again to Wales.
