Hollow Point
I smell you in your absence, and feel your presence.
I hear the words you spoke, their tone and essence.
In the silence of my thoughts,I see you there.
Memory's surround me,everyone we shared.
When I am alone,I feel a seance of security.
I can't explain the feeling,I just know your next to me.
It's like the air in the room changes, and the molecules cares my frame.
A smile brought in like a breeze,at the thought of your name.
I miss you EVERY DAY of my life, and though I seem strong....
You bring my only tears,If I reminisce to long.
Bitter sweet dreams in the silence of the night.
Waking, hoping, needing to see you there, still afraid I just might.
A year has passed, and the months have dragged on.
I question Gods judgment, but who am I to say he is wrong?
So I'll sit waiting to see you and hear you too.
Sit thinking of our times together, hoping you know i miss you.
