Hidden Glow
Hiding a face from darkness,
Draped in self-pity.
Evil cells trap your body ---
As nightmares pounce sleep.
Though winking stars invite hope
You question the gods.
Long tresses now cut bluntly
Veil covers shaved head,
Glorious the crowning of your vulnerable face
