He's Sexy and You Know It

When I read your words they hurt a lot Some men are men some others are not Perhaps sex appeal he doesn't lack With his power women take him back He's a women hater of the worst kind He lives to play his games with womens minds Telling you somehow you are not enough Through his dark lies you re-live some bad stuff Yet in the end you come to realize This bad boy is a devil in disguise When you reject him he falls to his knees You see the real him he is a disease He never deserved you just walk away For in the end you have the final say Inspired by Becca's poem "No longer will she agonize"

How things were back then. I don't remember the details of Becca's poem, but it is nice that you wrote something to validate her. Take care.

I hate that low self esteem issues of some women keep them from ridding themselves of these diseases. You have painted a perfect picture of this type of controlling letch

On some level I think all of us deal with some form of self esteem issue.

When I first read your title I expected something humorous relating to that god-awful song "I'm Sexy and I Know It". But apparently that's not the case. I've never understood "big egos" and I don't think I ever will... and seeing bigger, stronger people put others down for no reason makes me sick... powerful words my friend. You speak the truth!

Rick, it's a big healing for a woman to read such words written by a man... You are a real gentleman, a rare and precious gem, nowadays! Your teachings are always so uplifting; and Lucilla did tell us another great truth too! Thanks to both of you!

Wow Rich, you guys are great. Both Becca and yourself are pulling out the stops on the last several poems I've read. Just so impressive and emotional. Well written sir. Excellent in everyway. How we can all appreciate the standard of excellence that you guys raise the bar to. Thank you again.

He lives to play his games with women's minds. I have known men like that. They think that with their good looks they can do whatever they want. There are also women like that. Thanks for sharing... Lucilla

My biggest fear about the subject: Gender approach: / Men and women, OUT! / Is that it's all about? (^:^)...I hope, not!

Thanks Eileen although Becca probably does not require rescuing as I know she is a strong woman.

It seems that there is something about the bad boy that is appealing to women. You have made me smile and blush with your comment.
