Her Perspective 4
mercury tripped and faltered
and fell out of track
n just burnt into a flame
brilliantly, like a million neon lights
his arms began to encircle
me like a python
muscles, tensing could imagine like
a melting red hot iron
his lips began to wander
like a child in a play house
with my toys unaware
of the time n the existence
meditation
just lay there still
now
he was in the forbidden land
the land forbidden to us by our father in heaven
the petulance of
his spatulate finger
playing the music like a maestro
pressing the frets
caressing the keys
strumming the chords
up and down
like a virtuoso untainted
kidding my loneliness
my predicament, my embarrassment
my misfortune, my idiosyncrasy
my darkest secrets
my destiny
his lips lurked limitless
loneliness lured languidly
love loomed large
and i woke up from
the trans
i hated myself then
