Her Last Name

Is her last name still my last name, I asked her, she said yes, then before God she said I do, I thought she was happy, then she started 2 complain, she would clean, but leave behind stains, she would cook, but the chicken would never taste the same, her kisses-n-hugs felt strange, her behavior the same, her love turned into a game, she say she feels guilty, she say she feels ashamed, lies and more lies, she sees her faults, but her ways never change, is her last name still my last name, her ID say it is and her mail say the same, if you call her by it, she answers 2 the name, but her ways continue to change, more-n-more disrespect came, for better or worse is this a game, 2 death do us part, my spirits broke, my souls been slain, my hearts alive, but my conscience complains, the ring on her ring finger is absolutely the same, her emotions changed, we went from making love, to having sex, to f-ing, the head ain’t no longer flame, plus the pussy don’t feel the same, the passion done changed, when she tells me she loves me, she say it as if it causes her pain, a marriage is more than sharing the same last name, we both unhappy she won’t divorce me, but why do we stay, an answer never comes even after I pray, is her last name still my last name, no, not after today. We survived for better or worse, but death did us apart, 4 I’ve died today, but I’ll be back alive tomorrow, 4 tomorrow’s a new day for me and my last name.
