Help me believe How can it be... that you'd throw our love into an empty sea? Can't you see... I'm here wading in your shallow fantasy Don't you know, I'd give you anything you ask for? Don't you care, enough to test our destiny? Understand, that I will promise you tomorrow... but, I can't ...survive inside your apathy Chorus Please, help me believe in... the love I thought we've found, give me a reason, to believe that our loves ...on solid ground Bridge Can I trust you to take care of my heart? or, have I gone too quick and too far? do I have to show the rest of my scars? Hi Beata Thanks for your visit and comment, the song is about human love, trying to believe in a love that is not returned. I am a strong believer in God, in fact I am a Christian minister, I don't use my poetry to preach I have a very active public ministry, and a congregational ministry, so thanks for your concern.

you do sad songs so well...i always could get lost in sad songs if i was feeling down...this is one of those songs that would lure someone into the depths of it, like the sea...sorry i am a little late with a reply...feeling under the weather and so much to do... love this one John... hugs :)

This is a sad song, the lyrics bleed pain my friend.. i wrote a poem the other day and it is a bit like a song.. well more like a rap i would say..
