Heaven

I can see a new dawn on the horizon, I can feel angels at my side, last glance to the land of the living. Can you hear the children singing, laughter in the air, a place of many colors, the king of hearts is calling. Helping hands reached for me beyond the velvet veil, as living waters flowed through me, my body was whole again. Can you hear the bells ringing, can you see a smile upon my face, can you see me dancing to the rhythm of every race. Let the cool spring morning cast a glancing stare, stay awhile in the moment, turning back the pages of your life. Run your race with vigor, allowing love to touch your heart, as memories dance in your mind, leaving nothing undone, or anything behind. When blood and water hit the ground, walls we could not move came crashing down, no obstacle to great, no heaven can't wait, now finish your race.
