Heart Snow

…..There's never enough of you! This hunger goes on day and night. Who are you~ of course, I do know, But, I hide you from the world covered in an avalanche of heart  snow. It's a place, only you and I hide,  my Prince, your love eternal,    With me at your side. Oh, these words are so lacking in poetic imagery, As my fellow poets can do! I only write with a cadence and a metronome going. Ticking away the rhythm of this Divine thirst and longing for... Your highly desired, divine essence.

Written with real desire. Thoughts into words. It’s perfect.

Beautifully crafted and definitely poetic in my opinion. And yes, the cadence makes this feel somewhat song-like, singing from the heart. Really nice.
