Hate

You look pathetic, begging like a dog for attention Stop looking at me with apprehension Don't look so sick That knife in my back is just a prick Do you recognize it? You put it there You should put a big sign up that says BEWARE Come any further and I'll tear your life to shreds And leave your sanity hanging on by threads Because, after all, it's true Homewrecking is what you do I wish I could have seen past your burning eyes To reveal all your lies But conning is your game Fake is your name Oh, I'm sorry. Am I offending you? What a degrading conclusion I've come to Do forgive me, I forgot you were a god Do forgive me, I find it a little odd That you walk around like you own the world But dear, you don't own this girl It's a pity how you used to dance and laugh But now your words speak only on the devil's behalf Don't flatter yourself and think that I miss you or your pathetic ways Don't think that I miss walking through your tangled maze Of lies, malice, and deceit Because now that you're gone, I feel complete I'm sorry if this hurts you, I really really do. Maybe you can go cry to your new girlfriend, and your old ones too That is, if they still acknowledge you And if they can see past the things that I see through Don't worry, I'll be just fine without you hun You're so full of it and I'm so done There's no excuse for how you behave And when you die, I'll be helping them dig your grave.
