Halloween was always such a special time of the year for me, Carolyn. As a child my family was poor, as many other families were in my neck of the woods. This meant that we would enjoy sweet treats that we were not normally accustom to. One of a few pleasant memories of childhood. Congratulations on your worthy first place. A pleasure to see your there. Agape, Moses

gosh, I would love to try this contest but I am having to hurry out the door now. HOpefully it will be open when I get home this evening. I really like this one. I think you read my september poem wrong. when i mentioned snow, Imeant that I liked Autumn best in September when it was NOT snowing. the meaning is kind of hidden in the lines there. How are you doing this week? luv, Andrea
