Happy Again

My heart is aching because it’s full of pain Because I know what we had will never be the same I prayed to the Lord and asked him if he would make things right for me Then my baby came back in the still of the night to thee He held me in his arms and kissed me on my forehead Then he took his clothes off and laid next to me in my bed I was happy again so I cried happy tears Then my baby told me that he was there to take away my fears He made me a promised that he would never leave me again And then he gave me a ring and told me that he didn’t want us to live in sin Then he said that he wanted me to have his name Thank you Lord for everything, I will no longer live my life in vain
