Dear BL, I interpret this as the aging process. We lose petals along the way, but true beauty resides in our hearts, the core of the flower. You are so creative and I love reading your work. I just wish I were healthier so I could read all of them. Sitting up causes terrible pain in my back, so I can only do it for short periods of time. God bless your precious heart! Love, Carolyn
