On Halloween some years ago My grand-kitty named Georgie cat, So gentle, sweet, but devilish too— With soothing purrs or 'claws combat'. Kids dressed him in his devil suit Surprised he did not even stir! With slight annoyance on his face— To dressing up, he did defer. The glare within his staring eyes So much enhanced his costume, that Our Georgie devil played the part— Became our Halloween black cat! My cats panic as the door bell rings. They would hate Halloween night if I ever got any tricksters out here in the country. Your cat sounds like a winner. Congratulations on your placement in the contest. love, Joyce

Nice write Sandra, best to you in the contest. My daughter has a cat that looks just like that one. It must be in their genes because Daisy is not as sweet as she seems sometimes... She will attack without being provoked. I enjoyed the read~ Caryl

this is adorable. My daughter has the most awesome cat named Prince. She has a FB post right now which is a video showing her daughter holding him while jumping up and down on a trampoline. I am so jealous. My cat is sweet (all black) but won't let us hold her in our arms. I had one cat that lived 24 years. It was at my mom's house. Another lived to 18. I just love cats!
