Haiku: Physics: Golden Crown

climbing in his bath water rise shows crown's volume physics traps liar Brian Johnston August 23. 2014 Poet's Notes: Archemedes measures gold purity of an irregularly shaped crown whose volume could not be easily measured. A true 'Aha' moment. Physics has trapped so many liars in history, but few are those with ears to hear. Really kind of sad, that so many prefer deceivers over truth tellers, having things our way the ultimate vanity.

I'm sure if a person had an AHA moment on his deathbed and his eyes were shining, it would be a good thing. Do not doubt. I know it is difficult not to doubt, but gosh, think of all the people who have had near death experiences. Surely they are not all liars!

Gosh, this kind of stuff is just beyond me so I am afraid I would be deceived because of my lack of comprehension! A very interesting poem and notes to go with it, Brian.

Brilliantly clever Haiku - many years ago we went to a children's museum in Halifax Yorkshire called 'Eureka' and they have this portrayed there - brought back great memories:-) Hugs Jan xx
