It definitely was! It's one of those rare moments you see rain coming down on a sunny day ... the raindrops appear to glimmer.

On the first day of spring the rain looked AMAZING! It was very odd because the conditions were just to write to make rain so bright it almost blinds your eyes to start at it too long... one of those moments where you almost can't believe what you're seeing.
