lol Reason, I'm a burns night baby and finally tried haggis for the first time a couple of years ago.. and now we really enjoy it with friends at a Burn's night supper at a pub where they allow us to take the haggis in and bread and I recite my 'haggis poem'https://www.poetrysoup.com/poem/were_going_on_a_haggis_hunt_985824

Congrats, Reason. Some of that food looked pretty disgusting. AWFUL is right on that dish you have described.

Congrats on your winning work..Way to go..I am not too fond of the strong flavor of kidneys and liver..I don't know if there is enough onion, garlic, etc. to cover that up..Thanks for the visit to my page..Being diabetic one can have a small amount of sweets but it does run the blood glucose up and that is not good for the body..Sara

I tried it in Scotland and honestly it tasted a whole lot like turkey giblet dressing only more compact. A lot of hype. Thanks for the time.
