Today, I cut a bunch of roses from my rose bush on which there are still blossoms!!!!  Strange sight to see... Still I'm so happy to have them... better that I enjoy them now before the frost destroys them.
The fairest of vases sits upon a mantle high While admiring eyes gaze; doors breathe a long sigh No expression nor smiles, but its presence calls To kings and serfs steadfast within encamped walls Like a beacon shines through opaque, foggy skies Captures glances of awestruck ones, mesmerized Unadorned, its beauty, most exquisite pales But guarding red roses, beauty never fails ~*~

* Hello, Sweet Beautiful Annalise! I Must Admit Unto Your Most Fairest In Beauty That, As Moments Then Days Have Passed Quickly By In This Place I Have A Few Times Beheld Your Beautiful Name Along The Way; Finding A Stirring Unto A Deep Desire To Stop By And Drop A Kind Loving Word Within Your Radiant Coms Box. Yet, I Thought Better Not Since I Have Failed To Hear From Your Precious Heart; Thinking Perhaps Your Loveliness Cared Not Much For Myself Nor My Type In Verse ? ... Cont *

Hi Juan. That I do not care for thee would be a falsehood, my friend! I will admit that I have hurriedly pass through and just the same, have left to attend to the mundane tasks which it seems I'm always plagued with. Nevertheless, as I found myself here today, behold mine eyes, fell upon the beautiful verse you penned! Thank you, not for the verse alone, but the lovely comment.
