It is the world’s largest exporter of coconuts and tropical fruits such as Papaya and Mangosteen; Manilar is the world’s most densely populated city; the conus glorianus is the rarest and most expensive sea-shell in the world and it is home to the world’s longest snake- The Python Reticularis (lines 3 & 4). It is the only majority Christian nation in Asia with 80% Roman Catholic citizens (line 5) and the world’s largest capital of the world. Every day, 35 million Filipinos send about 450 million SMS with its climax in 2009- 1.39 billion/day (line 7). It is the home to the world’s smallest hoofed Animal- the Philippine mouse-deer (line 8); has the highest rate of discoveries of new animal species with 16 new species of mammals discovered within the last 15 years and known to have 7 of the 8 known species of giant clams in the world (line 9). It has the 4th largest number of prostituted children in the world (line 10); produced the world’s biggest pair of shoes and has the world record for most women breast feeding simultaneously- 3,541 in Manila on the 4th of May 2006 (line 12). Erythromycin was invented by a Filipino, Dr. Abelardo Aguilar in 1949 (line 13); has a jelly fish lake with more than 13 million jelly fish (line 14) and the 2nd largest archipelago in the world; made up of 7,107 Islands (line 13). The Noche Buena is the Filipino’s Christmas feast which is the world’s longest Christmas season, celebrated as from September till January (line 15) and finally the only country in the world whose flag is hosted upside down when the country is at war (lines 16 & 17).
