Grief

I saw the tears roll off her cheek As i cradled her in my arms There are no words that i can speak That can stop this grief from causing harm All i can do is hold her tight And let her know that I'm always near And pray God gives her the comfort needed So she can get thru another year. Grieving is hard on any caring heart It drains the energy from your soul And only the comfort from Gods Holy Spirit Can bring the healing to make us whole. So when a loved one is grieving loss Just let them know you always there To catch their tears and hold them That's how you truly show you care.

Just being there for someone with a hug is the most important thing Carl - I have yet to grieve for my father I have been told by Hospice it may take years thankfully my hubby is here to hold me as and when that time comes:-) A fabulous poem Carl I hope many people will read it:-) hugs Jan xx
