Great As Always
Sorry, I have no metaphor for today
Some days are hangovers
With stale images from far away
I am in a bar
Bumped my last pride with an empty glass
Do not pretend you understand
For there are many deleted expletives here
I want the music to play, just three songs
They play over and over again like one
Trying to wear a memory out
When alcohol is not enough
Except to make socially ackward
Drunks do not have poise and balance you know?
What stupidity then
Makes forgetting so important
To the irrelevance of the deed?
Do not compare me today,
I am only me, great as always.
