Gratitude

GRATITUDE Mr. Webster says gratitude Is thankful appreciation I must agree with his assessment In regards to my salvation My life was filled with turmoil Resentment and total frustration Now I live a life of joy There's peace without reservation I learned to have great faith in God To see me through each tribulation I'm grateful Christ is now in charge I thank Him for our relation I see things in a different light No longer with trepidation Knowing that He is by my side In every situation I wrote this poem in grateful thanks And now, for my summation I'm glad to be a child of God The God of all creation
