Goodbye So Soon

They fell in love by the light of the mystic moon. Who knew their demise would come so soon. They held each other in their arms as they did before, But their souls would be ripped apart by war. She awoke to a piercing sound in her ear, And began to run, screaming in fear. She turned to see her true love still in their bed, Beaten, battered, bruised and missing his head. She cried out in pain as an arrow slashed her heart, And she dead in the place where their love did start. This is copyrighted material. All rights are reserved.
