Gone In 60 Seconds
Death will come to all who dwell upon this earth.
We are all assigned a number, it’s given to us at birth.
None will know the day or the hour in which it comes.
It’s best to savor each meal, even the tiniest bits of crumbs.
For those who open their hearts, love will be there when they leave.
Dying is not the end, but it’s something we all must grieve.
For every love obtained, there is a life that’s never lost.
We all will live and die, that is mortality’s bitter cost.
Live in every moment, that sixty seconds will come and go.
For every minute lived, that is less grief that you will know.
Learn to love each day, your memories will all be reckoned.
Cherish the time you get, right down to that final second.
