Going to the Ball
Step to the right, step to the left,
Going to the Ball requires Oh!
So many steps.
An escort really is required, just
To look the proper part.
An escort, too, provides an arm
When you get up to dance
He is a useful leaning post during
All those frantic steps - and can
Be used to fetch a drink when you
Sit down to rest.
