God's Verdict On Man And His Sin - Romans 1: 21-25

Man thinks He knows God at the same time they honour Him not for their hearts fools darkness reveals their futility in life so sought They make such lavish claims of real wisdom but become fools this God has always known living their man made rules So God gave them up to sin following their lustful willing heart exchanging God's glory for their own rejects the gospel in no small part Man has exchanged God's truth for lies worshiping the creature rather than the immortal God the one and only true creator God demands true worshippers those that would turn from their sin making God their Lord and Saviour looking to Jesus His favour to win ("For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things. Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.") Romans 1: 21-25 (ESV)

Indeed turning away from sin pleases the holy greats like God, Jesus and all prophets. And yes many a man is worshipping creatures instead of the Creator. Kudos for a fine poem.! ^^^^^^^^^^^>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Plz also read and comment on my newest poem too.

Amen, Gordon, well done. Love the scripture you chose to write your Rhyme poem about. This is true of so many in our world today. Thank God there's always a way back to Him. Smiles ~ Blessings Bill
