"GOD’S Tears Returned" You were smaller than a particle in a Tear Drop when you first arrived, you returned. The size of a miniscule of a fraction not yet Comprehended in the power of Light In the refraction of your mother’s and father’s eyes LIGHT is LOVE LOVE is LIGHT Somewhere from a point of no return A Tear Drop in an Ocean God’s Tears Returned You moved in that Ocean of another world Growing like an Alien in saline foreign and warm Music and voices of angels you heard Eyes closed in her Tears of Joy you dreamed Kicked and danced to the beating of an ever constant drum You heard her singing, laughing, there seemed to be fun, sometimes a sigh You heard her crying, felt her pain the yelling and the screaming and wondered "Why?" Why leave the Ocean in God’s Tears? Stay longer than a while, over-baked, dreaming Of School, Fairy Tales, Pussy Cats and “I Love Cake!” In the Ocean of Tears You floated, No night No day A Tsunami of Tears Pushed you from inside your very own Ocean of Tears Out into "The Game" you must play Tears of Joy opened The Door Tears of Sadness in prison no more In the minds of some of those growing in the Ocean of these Tears War has been borne realizing all His fears Floating in the tears of this sacred place Mercy only shown to those who see His true face, ignore other voices Walk with courage towards His Grace LIGHT is LOVE LOVE is LIGHT Somewhere from beyond there IS a Point of Return A Tear Drop in an Ocean God’s Tears Returned (Lovejoy-Burton/March 2018) For Georgia, Love your mother. “From the Dark Night of the Soul, one transfigures from the Realm of 3rd to the next dimension and continues through the veil until the lesson learned.” Anonymous trans·fig·ure tran(t)s'fig(y)r/Submit verb 3rd person present: transfigures transform into something more beautiful or elevated. I am not a religous person. I watched these videos last night. The first two I saw a few years ago, the last two, last night. If there was a time to believe in something bigger than ourselves, the time is now. These are my thoughts alone. You will have your own beliefs and faith and you will make up your own minds on what you believe. This verifies and validates many things in my own mind; methinks death is a birth actually. Well-thought out, this poem speaks to me in feelings somehow.

I am not Catholic, although one might think that, or possibly not. Baptised Anglican. I really don't follow any specific religion.I do believe in a higher source/power, God if you will. Jesus certainly. I do believe in Soul contracts and reincarnation. This poem is about Love, birth, death, rebirth, forgiveness, lessons learned. I believe our Soul continues to revisit until the lesson learned.

Well some believe heaven can be a place on Earth... Who knows what happens when we die, I guess we will find out when we die... or even then, maybe not.. Think I'm becoming cynical in my old age lol

That's just a song. It's a bit hard to see that here at present with all the doom and reality that is snowballing around the world at present.

I was only joking about Tommy.. Some people believe in God, some in a different God, some in several Gods, some in spirits, some in some form of aliens... I think the most importatnt thing is to have good morals and principles, regardless what a person's belief is...

Tommy you are right, but then there are so many holy scriptures that teach moral and principles, that is why so many different religions and sects within religion exist today.. It is not difficult to be a good person, it is easy to realise the difference between what is right and what is wrong, especialy towards fellow humans... Sadly ego and money rule the world, the corrupt rich who have their own agendas make it difficult for good people to spread their gospel...

One cannot be a Saint ALL the time...I believe in all of the above. I will not be travelling to hell because of that. In fact, hell could be here, what we walk and live in each day...for some, particularly Ghouta at present.

Seems like Tommy is having an influence on you... there is a higher power, one day we will realise the truth.. Your pen has bled truth that is a sad reality of today, so many innocent people dying, and so many turning a blind eye to it, so many who have their own agenda, so many who only view life in one way and ignore the same pain suffered by another, if only everyone had an open mind and shared compassion for everyone.. anyway, I am rambling..

There is a higher power. The "Source" of all life. And yes, it is a sad world and people have their own agendas part of the struggle to survive or remain dominant at the top of the food chain (existence). People have become complacent and conditioned and those chains need to be broken to save what is left of us if at all possible.

I don't think you are rambling, continue, a noisy Silent, an elusive contradiction. July hasn't influenced me, I have a very clear and strong mind of my own when it comes to Jesus. It is God I am interested in ..... It is all rather a mystery. But a person begins to see signs and look for miracles when one has journeyed through the Dark Night of the Soul. I was walking with Him always and He with me.

your poem read like a birth, whether physical or spiritual, I've yet to decide, as for needing God now...things for man are always in need of help...man is such a criminal creature, created so nature can use the eyes of man to admire herself...man is just a means to an end, one we are not yet worthy to understand...my first thought after reading dear poet

I understand Frederic. All good. We are leading to something, there is a build up of events of monumental significance around us. A thinking individual and a questioning individual would be ignorant to ignore all the signs around us, sit there and say nothing, not put forward for conversation. At the end of the day, it is up to each person to form their own beliefs, opinions, faith or not. I put this here for my daughter, my family and my friends. You fall into my circle of friends. All good. I would like to think that Jesus' death was not in vain. Perhaps it's about open conversation and learning as much as a person can.
