God Forbid

god forbid my happiness blessing nothing but my pain toturted by my thoughts running from my memories no peace even with sleep hearing a childs laugh seeing a womens smile reaching out to touch them so close I can feel their warmth begging for forgiveness silent tears fall from my eyes whispers of hope reach my ears my stomachs filled with butterflies intoxicated by the smell of their hair I begin to lose my despair with a flash of light they disappear and I wake up in the nightmare again.
