Ghosts of Christmas Past
As Christmas Eve is nearly here again,
my mind is full of childhood memories.
I think of those no longer living, yet
in dreams I see their smiles and hear their laughs,
and though I wish with all my heart that they
were here again, my heart is filled with warmth
and gladness for the joy of Christmas Day.
