Get Low Low
I got pushed further down
Into the heart of the black hole
My heart torn to the unknown
My mind became a blanket of coal
My tears covered me whole
Drenched in pain, living tamed
Alcohol gave me the soul and the goal
The only friend that gave me a taste of the wild
Borderline to the normal
Fenced to the abnormal
Labelled for mental instability
Even family evaded, no more usability
My sunken face, my unappealing fashion
My mind with its many characters, always ready for action
My dear friend the drink, who daily I held
Higher I got with it, then lower I got to the cold
